New Leadership Team Sets the Stage for Di5 Inc.’s Next Phase of Growth

Expanded ownership brings fresh energy, deep experience, and a shared vision for faster, smarter construction across Atlantic Canada 

DARTMOUTH, NS — July 8, 2025 — Di5 Inc., a trusted name in modular interior construction, is proud to announce a new leadership team and ownership structure that sets the company up for its next stage of growth across Atlantic Canada. 

FiddleHead Flooring and Specialties Group has acquired a majority stake in Di5 Inc. Led by Francis Chisholm; he is joined by two new partners: modular construction expert Ryan Worden and operations strategist Tracy Gibson. Founders Larry and Patricia Gibson will remain active in the business, rounding out a five-person leadership team that brings together decades of experience with fresh perspective. 

“This move builds on what Di5 already does well — fast, clean, and flexible interior construction — and adds more capacity to scale it,” said Chisholm. “We are focused on meeting growing demand across the region with trusted solutions that work.”
